The long term vision of education and training at Ko is to add more certifications (coaching, leadership, facilitation, etc.) and business (entrepreneurship, venture capital, etc.) and emerging skills (AI, IOT, blockchain, etc.) courses with Koherence as the context. Eventually, these offerings will emerge as the curriculum for a university, “Koversity”.

In November 2021, we are opening the first Ko (a physical center for the cultivation of Koherence), which will be located on South Congress in Austin, Texas. As our global membership grows, our intention is to start Kos in cities with high concentrations of members. Ko members benefit from a culture and expanding network of people with a shared dedication to Koherence.

The thesis of the Flow Fund is based on the reality that businesses and business leaders who embody Koherence (Multiple Stakeholder, Empathy, Present Service, Flow, high EQ) significantly outperform comparable traditional businesses. The Flow Fund is raising $100 Million to be able to offer aligned entrepreneurs, businesses, and visionaries the capital, training, support, and mentorship to run their business with Koherence as an operating system. We envision Koherence as essential to thrive as a business during the 4th Industrial Revolution and beyond.

The Ko Foundation is created by bringing two other social profits around a common mission of making Koherence accessible to people, who otherwise wouldn’t be able to access it through our other services. Ko Foundation will share the Principles and practices of Koherence in prisons, low-income schools, and to other social profits. In addition, Ko Foundation hosts family-oriented festivals that integrate music and multi generational experiences to learn conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and nutrition. The ultimate intention of the festivals is to bring communities together to celebrate human inner wealth while cultivating Koherence.
