Diane Ring

Diane brings to Ko over 25 years of experience working with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to develop the new skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to thrive in a world of increasing complexity, uncertainty, and exponential change. She is known for her ability to accelerate effective leadership and teamwork that is good for business, community, and individual well-being.

Diane’s expertise includes developing executives, managers, rising leaders, and technical professionals from start-ups and private businesses to publicly traded, global Fortune 1000 companies. Examples of organizations she has been privileged to work with include Stryker, Kellogg’s, La-Z-Boy, Fiat Chrysler, Thomson Reuters, Owens Corning, Pathway Vet Alliance (one of Austin’s fastest growing private companies ranked on Inc. 5000 since 2018), and numerous others.

In addition to executive coaching, Diane has designed and facilitated peer-to-peer leadership initiatives, conducted numerous internal affinity group trainings, and has been a sought-after speaker for industry associations and conferences.

Leveraging her passion for personal growth and life-long learning, Diane has completed comprehensive studies in the Enneagram personality system since 2002. She is a member of the global faculty for Integrative Enneagram Solutions where she trains practitioners on how to use the Enneagram and iEQ9 assessment to coach individuals and teams.

Her strong belief in “giving back” has contributed to Diane’s established record of community and nonprofit leadership service. She launched a grass roots fund raiser supporting therapeutic yoga scholarships for people with Multiple Sclerosis that is now a thriving non-profit, Yoga Moves MS.
