Koherence as Context
The rate of skill acquisition and problem solving has been shown to increase by up to 500% by changing one’s state of being made possible after some time of cultivation. Basic Koherence exercises will generate Presence and immediately boost learning outcomes. Our facilitators are masterful at establishing Koherence in context so that learning content and skills can Flow.
Principle-based
Being in Koherence is existing in and supported by its 5 Principles, which are Integrity, Grace, Intention, Authenticity, and Awareness. These 5 Principles are the Pillars of Koherence which inform the design of our trainings as well as our decision making. We hold the Principles to which we aspire as axiomatic and eternal truths that enable people to reliably access Koherence. Ko is committed to a Principle-based approach to human and organizational development to achieve and live in Koherence.
Cohort-based
We believe that human connection is significantly more conducive to human development than a transactional approach to training and development. Designing trainings around a premise that the learner is merely there to “get” something sounds reasonable, even pragmatic. However, learning retention and application is impacted by the contextual setting within which the learning occurs. At Ko, we understand that an enlivened, safe, and respectful culture enables the experience and learning to be more enjoyable, fruitful, and applicable. Consequently, our trainings are structured around “kohorts” - groups of people who are empowered to establish the safety, respect, and engagement required for flow-based learning.
Neurofeedback-driven and Method Agnostic
Koherence trainings are Method Agnostic, meaning that we innovate our own methods and also continually seek and integrate the best practices, exercises, and methods that result in the cultivation of Koherence. We partner with Immersion to use neurofeedback combined with subjective feedback to determine each method’s efficacy. With the advantage of neurofeedback technology, we are able to validate and refine our best practices precisely and rapidly.
