Let’s Make This Age Golden

It is upon us: The Fourth Industrial Revolution. We knew it was coming, but we didn’t know how it would manifest. It came swiftly and engulfed the entire world almost overnight. The coronavirus lockdowns were the opportunity to not only install new infrastructure and introduce new technologies, but especially to force almost everyone with an office job to work remotely and use applications like Zoom and FaceTime to get the jobs done. Our social lives too, went online, and overnight, more people than ever began interacting through social media.

Khotso Khabele, the late co-founder, Chief Visionary Officer and CEO and his friend Zoltan Papp, spent 20 years talking and writing about this transformation that they had expected to happen at this time: the year 2020.

“Man makes machine. Machine makes man. Man is not ready!” They jokingly used to say.

And we are barely ready.

Khotso and Zoltan developed the philosophy and method of Koherence, which is Group Flow, and cannot be experienced alone. Koherence is founded on five Principles: The Domain of Awareness, Integrity, Intention/Purpose, Authenticity and Grace. In practice, all five in sync together create a powerful energy that transcends time and space, and two or more people together are able to experience and accomplish exponentially more than imagined.

As our world becomes more bifurcated by powerful algorithms feeding each of us more of what we already believe, working in teams with people who have increasingly different worldviews becomes more challenging by the day. Having team members on different continents is not so different from them living next door. However, as daunting as the challenges seem, the opportunities for teamwork, collaboration, creativity, innovation, and job satisfaction are even greater.

This doesn’t have to be a time when we are divided. If we use Koherence, we can actually work together, we can actually usher in a new era of entrepreneurship, collaboration, peace, and prosperity: The Golden Age.
